I actually packed enough items for a week trip in this tote. But, I pack light and intended to wash a few pieces of clothing on my trip, but all my cosmetics and other items had no problem fitting in this, and it was an airline trip. The top of the bag expands also and is very wide when packed full. Still fits comfortable over your shoulders.I packed a separate liquids bag for TSA. This tote has a built in waterproof pouch that I used to hold my travel washcloths and soap that I take from the hotel after using while still wet. It's perfect for that. The pouch unsnaps so you can remove it to use even as a makeup 9r cosmetics pouch.I didn't use the built in water bottle pouch.I really like the two elastic drop pockets for socks and underwear so they won't get lost.The outside pockets on the front and rear were perfect for stationary type items, pens and calculator.The specific security pocket I didn't think I would use, but actually found this pocket to be very valuable. It's larger than I thought it would be, and I like the fact it's secured by a zipper and the straps preventing someone to access it without your knowledge.The fabric is the same used on the full size luggage. Very durableThere's nothing about this tote that I don't like. I have this tote in black and olive. Purchased the olive to match my B&R Baseline spinner and the black to match my Rimowa spinner.
